Here's an old picture from his second day, still at the hospital, clutching one of Oly's Honks that she gave him.
Remind me never to have a newborn during flu season ever again. Trying to keep Oly and Tommys hands off of him is not easy, although it is sweet how much they both love him. Problem is when they're constantly 2 inches away from him, you want to just put your palm in their face and push them away. I'm pretty sure after this picture was taken Ashley picked Tommy up by his hoodie and ordered him to go play far away.
Tough guy:
This is a really cute shirt, but not a cute face picture.
Quick detour to Oly girl: She's big time into spelling. She came with me to the grocery store when she was home sick with a cold, and I bought her new foam alphabet letters for being good/tolerable. The problem with those packs is that there's only one of each letter, which makes it tough to spell many words. In the tub that night she wanted to spell "ball", so I told her b-a-l was as close as we could get. She looked around in the water, found the uppercase i and said, "But this big I looks like an L! We can use it!" Woah. She blows our mind constantly. (We've since gone back and bought two more packs of letters so we can spell almost anything now!)
Amy hit the nail on the head:
Kiddo looks like a Monchichi!
Right?!?
I'll try to get some better pictures of his stork bites and forehead birthmark. It's AMAZING how they're exactly like Oly's. Exactly.
Flintstone toes:
You think he's growing much? We forgot to warn Oly that she could hold him at the very beginning but he's going to get waaay too big soon and she won't be able to hold him again for years.
Here's a picture of Oly that I think looks just like WynnGuy. It doesn't hurt that he wore these PJs yesterday:
Sorry that these blog posts don't really have much flow or narrative.

We love whatever we get, and we are sad when there isn't anything new for days - like Brittany said, we check everyday. AND we totally understand when there isn't anything new for a few days. We just all want to be there nuzzling baby Wynn and this is as close as we can get. Love those Flinestone toes!
