Washington Part 1

Ready to fly!

Having sushi at the Philly airport before our flight:

Both kids were absolutely amazing on the plane. We brought Wynn's bucket car seat back out of the attic and he sat in that in his own seat in the plane.  He slept almost the entire flight, it's almost like he thought to himself, "Oh, we're in the car. This is boring. *snore*"

We hit Mount Vernon first:

At Grandma Pony's house:

Then a trip to Bellevue to see Grandpa Mac and we stayed at a nice hotel.  Going up the elevator with the baby on the luggage cart:

"Oh hey Grandpa, those glasses are tucked into your collar and that must be bugging you let me get that for you."

This was our dinner the second night.  Since Tim is a super duper member at Sheraton from earning points through work, we got to go to the special secret Club Lounge on the top floor for free food and drinks.  I was the only one there with small children.  But here's our antipasti meal!:

And this is one of the only pictures I got from visiting Auntie Bev, Wynn and Murphy sharing the same toy. When we left Wynn's shirt was soaked because Murphy kept chewing on Wynnie and trying to pick him up.  Thought he was a stuffed animal.
