Papa had a work meeting in Bend, Oregon last week, so we tagged along and made a vacation out of it. This guy came:

Best part of the trip was Oly learning to be a River Rat in the Deschutes like her Papa was in the Columbia as a kid.
It's cold! She was totally obsessed with it. "I can keep my eyes open under water and there's NO CHLORINE!" Mama was not a fan of watching her baby float down with the current, but it's something she may remember her entire life.

I loved Oly -- I mean Odie -- developing "river rules" over the course of the trip. Vivi has been looking around the house for Timmian, Haddie and Wynnby. We miss you!
