Gems From Olympia
And this isn't even one percent of the amazing, ridiculous and adorable things that come out of this kids mouth. She's only silent when she's asleep, so I guess the odds are that she'd say some great things in any given day. Actually she talks in her sleep sometimes.
"Mama, I love you. Who could even resist loving their mama the best. Who could resist that?"
"For just get about it!!!" I'm guessing she has heard a lot of, 'just forget about it!' And she's mixing it up.
This is how one's body decides if they like something:
"Taste germs take a bite, it sends a text to your computer germs in your chest, then the computer germs write it down and then press the "say it" button and then I say I don't like it."
Seems simple enough.
"My eyes are sweaty."
In playing a grocery store game where she had to call out her competitive prices to lure in her customers:
"Forty five a'cents bucks!"

School Advertisement
She's finally a print model, like strangers have been telling us to do for years!
(Fig is a publishing company that runs a few local magazines. The school asked if it was ok if we included a photo of Oly in their ad in the most recent holiday edition of Fig, but I didn't know she was going to be THE ad! If anyone wants a hard copy we can get it for you. )
(She's not really going to be a print model! Don't be ridiculous. )

Wynn at 9 months
30 inches, 24 pounds! Size 18 month clothing. 4 teeth, very close to walking. Loves thr dog, his family and playing at Oly's preschool. Happiest baby ever.
Halloween 2013
Most of these photos are from Media's Halloween parade from last Sunday.
For Wynnies costume we just put a flannel and a silly hat on him, called him a lumberjack and that was that. Janie was NOT amused.
(These two photos was taken by our neighbor Kath who loooves the iphone filters)
Can you guess what these two are? Unless you're a fan of the tv channel Nick Jr, probably not. Theres a new show called Paw Patrol where a kid in his futuristic fortress trains 6 dogs in different rescue strategies. Tommy is Chase, the police dog and Oly is Skyy, the air rescue dog. And all the dogs have packs on their backs with special contraptions a la Inspector Gadget. I wasn't crazy about her wanting to be a tv character but we made the costume out of stuff from the recycling so that made me feel better!
It's pretty good, eh?
Here's the one trick or treating picture we got, with friends Braeden, (Donatello) and Liam, (golfer).

The Guys
My guys are so in love with each other, I'm not sure they know that the rest of the world exists. Every night when Tim walks in the door from work Wynn flaps his arms excitedly for 3 seconds and then sobs until he's in his papas arms. Absolutely panics. Tim cannot put his briefcase down fast enough! And when Tim puts some music on and bounces Wynnie in his arms that chubby little baby holds on tight and snuggles his face into the big warm shoulder like he could stay there forever.
Great Outfit
"Oh man mama, this is such a great outfit! I should wear this outfit more often. Can I wear it to school?"
