Happy Father/Grandpa/Uncle Day From Oly

Here's a (bad, sideways, cell phone) video of Olympia Louise having her 4th raw oyster of the day. They were Long Island Blue Pointes, with a mignonette of jalapenos from our garden, salt and red wine vinegar.

Was this not a fantastic gift to her Papa, Uncle Jeff and both Grandpas??? And now if she just eats the salad we're having for dinner tonight from our garden, her Uncle Jay will be proud as well.

Library Visit

Just got back from the library. Oly picked out a book with such enthusiasm, such confidence- she said that she was so excited to take it home and read it. She started as soon as we got in the stroller:
